CANCELLATION policy?

Services you book are reserved especially for you, But we know sometimes things get in the way. If you need to make adjustments on time or date, we do require no less than 4 hour notice. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 4-hour time period, you will be billed 50% of the service. If you fail to call or cancel your appointment before the start time, you will be billed the full price of your massage.
